Laura Redmond, Sharon Means and Scott Soucy met through their mutual passion for developing world-class business models using applications and automation to create scalable processes. Later, they embarked upon an EOS journey together with Scott serving as Implementer for Redmond Accounting Inc, Laura as the Visionary and Sharon as the Integrator.
Their individual areas of expertise complemented each other and their collective knowledge is the foundation for Entrepreneurial Advisory Institute (EAI). Together they are committed to helping entrepreneurs and their advisors clarify, simplify and achieve their vision. Laura Redmond
Laura Redmond was awarded 2019 Top Client Accounting Services ProAdvisor. She is the founder of Redmond Accounting Inc (RAI), Aero Workflow and a member of Intuit's Trainer / Writer Network. RAI is a boutique accounting firm whose service delivery is centered solely on QuickBooks Online and its ecosystem of apps. Aero Workflow is used by accounting firms around the world to distribute their knowledge capital and manage service delivery. Laura co-authored many of Intuit’s QuickBooks Online certification programs and is a regular speaker at national accounting technology conferences and events.

Sharon Means
Sharon Means has worked in the accounting industry for many years as a Controller for small/medium sized business. Now, as the Chief Operating Officer at Redmond Accounting Inc, she leads the Accounting and Advisory Services Group. With a demonstrated track record of growing profitability and productivity, Sharon is responsible for all client engagements including the review and evaluation of the firm’s virtual accountants, recruiting efforts for the firm and clients, training and administrative direction. She is also an active participant in the business development process and is responsible for rolling out EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) as the Integrator. Recently Sharon became an Entrepreneurial Leap Collaborator based on the method’s in the book Entrepreneurial Leap by Gino Wickman.
Sharon lives in Cleveland, OH with her husband and two daughters (and pets!). She is an avid Cleveland sports fan, while volunteering at various community organizations.

Scott Soucy
After an early career in accounting and finance, Scott led the finance and operations teams at two privately-owned companies. He also started, led and managed four professional services companies or divisions of companies.
In each of these positions he saw countless business owners and entrepreneurs who lacked access to senior-level strategic business advice and developed an advisory services practice focused exclusively on small to mid-sized businesses.
Scott has extensive experience working with family owned businesses, private equity sponsored organizations and venture capital backed companies; and the unique needs and challenges each form of ownership presents. He has worked with leadership teams comprised of accountants, attorneys, engineers and physicians as well as design, sales & marketing and technology professionals.
Scott is a principal at Kaufman Rossin & Co. where he leads the Business Office Services Group.
Scott and his wife Sue have two children and one grandchild, and reside in Naples, Florida. When not in Naples, they can be found in St. Louis, MO or Burbank, CA.
